A rating is only worth the number behind it. On this page the highest score is a 5.0 from eleven reviews, and the strongest evidence is a 4.87 from 19,603. Those are not the same claim and they should not be read the same way.
Roughly: under about fifty reviews a score tells you very little, because a handful of friendly early customers moves it whole tenths. Over about five hundred it is hard to fake and hard to fluke. When a cheap option carries a low rating on a decent number of reviews, that is the most reliable signal on the page, and there are two of those here: the 14.65 EUR transfer at 3.14 from seven reviews, which is thin, and the 20 EUR tourist train at 3.1 from 129, which is not.
